Computer problem
"I lost a week of work when my laptop crashed. I had been working on an assignment for my college programming class and was almost done, when I had a computer problem. I still haven't been able to figure out exactly what happened, but while the computer recovered just fine, I was never able to recover the document I was working on at the time. There was nothing to do but to start over. It didn't take quite as long the second time around, but I sure wish I had saved a backup copy and a few older versions of that file! I will make sure to do so regularly in the future."
