I've never lost all my information before
"As a DJ and musician, my files are absolutely vital to me. Not only are my original pieces all arranged on my computer, all of my samples to work with, as well as my programs, and all my mp3s to DJ with, are all on the computer! I've never lost all my information before, and it's an absolute nightmare. It feels like losing a pet, or having your house burnt down. This is not an exaggeration, if you have lots of personal creative things or writings that simply cannot be replaced, you are going to hurt when the files are lost. And it's not IF they are lost, it's WHEN. I've lost information not only on my computer HD, but from external drives! So, I've made sure to buy TWO external hard drives! My important files are on my computer, then backed up on one external drive, and I have another one, that has a TB of space, to back it all up again, in case that drive dies. "
